A wine tasting with a guided tour of the Pitsch vineyard is something special. Here you can experience at first hand how wine is made on the steep slopes of Bolzano and how winegrowers have lived and worked here for generations and centuries. Wine in a glass is no longer just a drink, but a living culture.
Tasting
You choose the wines – we tell you about them: aroma, cultivation, history, special features. Depending on your preferences and the weather, this can also take place outdoors.

Tasting with wineyard tour
You have to feel the steep slope to understand it. That’s why we offer a guided tour of our winery, where you can experience first-hand how we work on our farm – including a magnificent view of Bolzano.

Special topics
Life on a vineyard provides a wide range of knowledge that we are happy to pass on. Our main topics are:
- History: farm history, historical viticulture
- Ecology in viticulture: plants and animals, geology, working with nature
- Technology on steep slopes: working methods, walls and paths, irrigation systems, self-developed equipment
Depending on your interests, we will give you an insight into all areas or dive deeper into a specific topic.
